Superman At Church

I don't usually let him wear character tees to church.  But I told him he could pick out a shirt to wear under his nice dress shirt, and he picked one of his new Superman shirts.  And who can blame him?!  It's pretty awesome!  I even let him keep it unbuttoned...

School Work & a New Shirt

You can definitely tell Tristan rushed through his work today...  It's pretty messy...

I got him some new shirts.  Three new Superman shirts!  He's pretty excited about them... as soon as it was washed, it was on him! lol

Today's copy work seemed really short.... the pages just didn't have as many lines as they usually do.

I know these turned out blurry... but for some reason, I LOVE that they are blurry!  

My little man thinks he is so funny... He was coming up to me and making faces at me, until I tickled him... and these are the pics that resulted... lol

A Great Reader

Tristan is a fantastic reader!  We went to the Gleaner's today, like we do on Wednesdays.  And I had him bring one of his books to read, like I have been doing...
And again, someone commented on how well he was doing.. asked how old he was... then couldn't believe the answer!! lol

He also helped me with some house work today.  He's a great helper.  Unfortunately... I have no pics from today.  It happens...

Second To Last Soccer

Today was the second to last soccer camp.  The weather held out for the most part...

 

Tristan got this mustache kazoo at Cailey/Sebastian's birthday party over the summer.  He decided that today would be the day to be really... really annoying with it... lol

Pumpkin Patch!

The weather has been a little unpredictable lately... so we didn't know when we'd be able to get to the pumpkin patch for pictures - or if we were even going to be able to this year.  But when we left church and it was actually sunny, I got on the phone with my Mom and Justin to coordinate meeting!  It might be our only chance this year...  It was really bright and pretty windy, too.

Tristan adores his cousins.  Him and Cailey are really good friends.  I pray that continues as they grow up.

Tristan takes really good care of Sebastian when he's around too.  I'm sure when Sebastian gets older, he and Tristan will be good friends too.  At least that's what I pray for...

Cailey was having a rough time with her mommy.  Megan wanted to get a pic of her and Sebastian together, but Cailey didn't want to...
Cailey got so upset and crying... I had her come over and we talked it out.  She said that she would take a pic with her little brother.  I told her that she should tell her mom that... and she said that she didn't want to because she was afraid her mom would get more mad at her. :(  Totally broke my heart. 
So, I told her that I would talk to her mom with her... and that gave her the confidence to do so. 
During this whole time, Kaleb had the camera and took some pics...
I'm glad I can be there for her (and Sebastian).  I want to be a positive, safe person they can come to... no matter what is going on.
